keep it prim and proper 2

back again, after a month.. da routine is changing

1) 10kg barbells (3 reps)
2) 50 sit ups (2 reps?)
3) 10kgs barbell press (3 reps)
4) burpese (x10) forgive me as i just started this part
5) V-ups( x20)

keep it prim and proper

sorry whoever is waiting for a post in ma blog... well if there is... since there is time to burn... ill write a lil..

of to start workout routine.. here's a usual do list for everyday

1) increase calorie intake (yeap spamming food)
2) regular exercise
   - 7kg barbells (x8 reps/3 sets)
   - min 50 sit ups
   - barbell for triceps
   - push ups (x30 / 3 sets)

3) avoid fast food.. sadly its failing..

thats for now... will uptake all the to do lists as time goes on... PEACE

the withering oaks of trees has its endings

they dont meet, efforts can help
but not solve
try as thee may, the glimmer of hope fades slowly
because it all pulls us apart

the past haunts the present
but the present holds the future
because if that light shines or not...

let it be.... i'll live through it
