sorry whoever is waiting for a post in ma blog... well if there is... since there is time to burn... ill write a lil..
of to start workout routine.. here's a usual do list for everyday
1) increase calorie intake (yeap spamming food)
2) regular exercise
- 7kg barbells (x8 reps/3 sets)
- min 50 sit ups
- barbell for triceps
- push ups (x30 / 3 sets)
3) avoid fast food.. sadly its failing..
thats for now... will uptake all the to do lists as time goes on... PEACE
