keep it prim and proper 2

back again, after a month.. da routine is changing

1) 10kg barbells (3 reps)
2) 50 sit ups (2 reps?)
3) 10kgs barbell press (3 reps)
4) burpese (x10) forgive me as i just started this part
5) V-ups( x20)
